Once it has been returned to us, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Our team will reach out to rearrange reshipment free of charge.
We accept exchanges/returns on regular priced products for store credit, within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to Cakeworthy. Exchanges are reshipped free of charge.
Products must be unwashed, unworn, and returned in the condition received. Returns received in poor condition, such as with pet hair or makeup stains will be rejected. In the event your return is rejected, the customer will be responsible for return shipping, or we will recycle the damaged goods on your behalf. We do not accept returns with the intent to repurchase at a discounted price. Items may only be exchanged once.
Please note that due to their nature, all headwear and Sale products are final sale not eligible for exchange or return. Products purchased using a coupon code are eligable for exchange/return if purchased at regular price.
Reports of damaged merchandise or missing merchandise must be made within one week of delivery. We will be happy to provide a replacement in the same product and size free of charge. Damaged merchandise will only be replaced if unworn with tags intact. Replacement will be sent in the same size as ordered only.

No need to worry! Flannel isn't typically a fabric that's printed on, as it's not a smooth surface like the cotton material used to make a t-shirt. As such, sometimes during the printing process, ink is placed over a pill in the fabric, which will show through lighter coloured inks as a series of dots. This is the nature of printing on flannel fabric, and it adds character to the overall aesthetic of your flannel!
