Reports of damaged merchandise must be made within one week of delivery. We will be happy to provide a replacement free of charge.
No need to worry! Flannel isn't typically a fabric that's printed on, as it's not a smooth surface like the cotton material used to make a t-shirt. As such, sometimes during the printing process, ink is placed over a pill in the fabric, which will show through lighter coloured inks as a series of dots. This is the nature of printing on flannel fabric, and it adds character to the overall aesthetic of your flannel!
