ORDER PROCESSING
Payment will be processed upon submission of your order. Please allow 1 to 5 business days (Monday-Friday excluding Holidays), unless otherwise noted for processing. You will receive an e-mail from us when your order is shipped.
Please note due to the popularity of our new collection launches, occasionally there may be a delay in the processing of your order. We appreciate your patience, please reach out to us anytime if you have any questions regarding the processing timeline.
ORDER CHANGE/CANCELLATION
Unfortunately we cannot modify or cancel an order after it has been placed.
I FORGOT TO USE MY COUPON CODE
Unfortunately if your order has submitted we cannot add your coupon code afterwards. You may be able to use it on a future order subject to the terms and conditions of the coupon.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
If an item you ordered is marked on "Sale" within 10 days of ordering, we would be happy to provide you with a price adjustment of the difference as store credit. Please reach out to customer service with your order information.
Please note this policy does not cover sales by coupon code, Black Friday/Cyber Monday or limited time promotion. Price adjustments are not provided on products already purchased on sale. Price adjustments are not provided on seasonal products, such as Halloween or Christmas items.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $75 within North America. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion. Subtotal before any tax, discounts, etc. must be greater than $75. Free Shipping is not valid on wholesale or bulk orders.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Package protection provides a replacement shipment in the event of damage in transit, loss or theft upon delivery. Refunds are only provided if a replacement shipment cannot be provided. Claims must be made within 15 days of delivery.
Package protection is offered at checkout for a fee. Protection must be purchased at checkout, we cannot add protection post purchase.
Cakeworthy reserves the right to refuse package protection claims when fraud or abuse is suspected.
Orders made through the "Shop App" are not able to purchase package protection at checkout. Lost or stolen package claims would need to be made via the shipping carrier.
EXCHANGE/RETURN
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
We accept exchanges/returns on regular priced products for store credit, within 30 days of shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges are shipped free of charge within North America for exchanges of equal value.
Products must be unwashed, unworn, and returned in the condition received. Returns received in poor condition, such as with pet hair or makeup stains will be rejected. In the event your return is rejected, the customer will be responsible for return shipping, or we will recycle the damaged goods on your behalf. We do not accept returns with the intent to repurchase at a discounted price. Items may only be exchanged once. Returns for product purchased in CDN will receive store credit in USD.
Please note that due to their nature, all blindbox, headwear and sale products are final sale not eligible for exchange or return. Products purchased using a coupon code are eligible for exchange/return if purchased at regular price.

DAMAGED/MISSING PRODUCT
Reports of damaged merchandise or missing merchandise must be made within one week of delivery. We will be happy to provide a replacement in the same product and size free of charge. Damaged merchandise will only be replaced if unworn with tags intact. Replacement will be sent in the same size as ordered only.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARD
At checkout you will see an option in the right hand menu to apply your Sprinkle Rewards. If you're on mobile, it will be in a drop down menu. Please make sure you're not using ShopPay as you won't be able to see the menu.
CAN I COMBINE MY REWARDS DISCOUNT WITH ANOTHER PROMOTION?

SCENTED PRODUCT INFO
Our scented products are made using Auracell™️ which is a sustainable plastic. The base material of the scented pellets is Cellulose Acetate, which is derived from plant-based renewable resources such as trees and cotton. This constitutes about 80% of the material with fragrance being the other 20% approximately. The fragrances themselves are synthesized from different sources, plant and non-plant.
