How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards or you can pay with your Paypal account.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

We ask for one to seven business days (unless otherwise noted, Monday-Friday excluding holidays) to process orders.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or change orders after they have been submitted.

Do you ship to my country?

Absolutely! As long as you have an address we will ship to you!

Why was I charged a foreign transaction fee?

A foreign transaction fee may be charged by your bank as we are physically located in Canada. Usually these fees are only $1, depending on your credit card.

What is your exchange policy?

You may exchange your unworn and unwashed items within 7 calendar days after delivery. Please contact us prior to mailing your order back to initiate the exchange process. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanging. Please note that due to their nature, all accessories, hats, Lucky Dips, sale and limited edition items are final sale not eligible for exchange or return. 

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase and would like a return it please contact us. You may return your item for store credit within 7 days after delivery. We will credit the original purchase price minus the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an order. Please note that due to their nature, all accessories, hats, Lucky Dips, sale and limited edition items are final sale not eligible for exchange or return. 

 

How do I exchange or return an order?

Please e-mail us using the form on our contact page! We will return your e-mail as soon as possible. Please note that exchanges or returns received without prior approval will be refused.

I received a faulty item. Help!

Please e-mail us using the form on our contact page and a customer service representative will assist you in getting your order replaced. Please note replacements are only provided in the same item and size only.

 



SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery time will vary depending on the size of your order, however the estimated time is between one to three weeks. Please note that this is NOT a guaranteed timeframe. During peak seasons this timeframe may vary.

How long will it take to receive my preorder?

All preorder items will be shipped within 4 to 8 weeks. Your credit card will be charged when you check out. 

How can I find out if my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order has shipped. You can also contact us anytime using our contact page.

I received a shipping confirmation e-mail without my full order.

Some items may ship separately at no additional cost to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation for each shipment if this is the case!
